The only thing I was required to do was send you our sales brochure and you took it and came up with a professional, interesting and descriptive message for our phone system. While I procrastinated for two to three months during the process, you were always there with that unobtrusive reminder phone call every few weeks. The process was nearly effortless on our end and the result is a much better sounding "on hold" recording than we've had in a long time.
