We are receiving many compliments on our music with announcements on hold.

For so many years we had nothing but silence while someone was on hold. Now it is very impressive. David it took a tremendous amount of patience on your part to ever get me to do something. The first time you called about 3 years ago I told you we were looking at a new system and did not want to do anything until we had a new system. You faithfully called ever so often year in and year out always pleasant and listening to my alibis as to why we had not purchased a new system.

One day you called and we had finally made a deal for a new system but I did not want to get involved with music on hold until we were up and running. You waited and finally I agreed to start the process.

The company we purchased the telephone system from told us of several companies in the local area they had worked with but by this time everyone at our company knew you on a first name basis and we were not about to let someone else in at the last moment.

You handled the script and music in an excellent manner and when the system arrived we plugged it in and it has been operating ever since. We are very pleased the quality and professionalism and appreciate someone who never gave up.
